Layne is an experienced leader with over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. As General Manager of Development, Layne is responsible for strategic planning and generating additional value with enhanced retail and mixed-use development. Layne is passionate about customer experience and community integrated development and has honed her development skills whilst in leadership roles at Woolworths Limited, Frasers Property and most recently Scentre Group. Layne is a member of the Haben Leadership Team and holds a Bachelor of Business (Property Economics) from Western Sydney University and a MGSM Post Graduate Certificate in Management. Layne is a mentor through the Property Council of Australia.
