Don has been a corporate partner of the law firm, Minter Ellison, for over 25 years. He has extensive commercial law and business experience from over 30 years advising ASX listed and large private companies across a broad range of industries on corporate law, governance and investment issues.
Don retired from his role as a partner of Minter Ellison on 30 June 2015.
Don is currently the Deputy Chairman of Webjet Limited (one of Australia’s leading on-line travel companies) and a former director of ASX listed companies, Circadian Technologies Limited, Phosphagenics Limited and Calzada Limited.
